As part of the new GDPR legislation it is the responsibility of all businesses to inform you, and where relevant, give you a choice about how your personal information is stored and shared. 

 When you attend a class you will be asked to fill in a short health form so that the teacher can be aware of any illness or injury and offer you the best support possible throughout your practice. This information is held safely and securely for up to 7 years and is never shared with a third party. 

As part of the health form you will be invited to share your name and contact details (email and telephone number, plus next of kin contact). This information would only be used to inform you of changes to the class schedule and never shared with a third party. 

There is an option on the form to 'opt into' email updates from Weald Power Yoga (usually sent approximately once per month) to inform you of new classes, workshops, retreats, holiday class schedules etc. Should you choose to receive these you can 'opt-out' at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button within the email.
